PROMOTIONS-POLICE-STATES ATTYS
Summary
Amends the Counties Code and the Illinois Municipal Code. Provides that no police department promotions shall be based on the number of arrests made by the person to be promoted and that no promotion of a State's Attorney shall be based on the number of convictions made by the person to be promoted.
