MEDICAID-DRUGS-PRIOR APPROVAL
Summary
Amends the Illinois Public Aid Code. Provides that the Department of Public Aid may not impose prior approval requirements based on a preferred drug list for anti- hemophilic factor concentrates without first conducting a study and reporting to the General Assembly. Effective immediately.
