FIRE INVESTGATION ACT-PREMISES
Summary
Amends the Fire Investigation Act. Provides that an owner or occupier of a premises owes a reasonable duty of care to fire fighters to maintain the premises in accordance with applicable fire safety codes, regulations, ordinances, and generally applicable safety standards. Defines "premises". Effective immediately.
