INS CANCELLATION NOTICES
Summary
Amends the Illinois Insurance Code. Provides that insurers must provide notice of cancellation to the mortgage or lien holder identified on the policy declarations or endorsement rather than to the mortgage or lien holder if known. Effective immediately.
