CNTY-MUNI-CABLE RATE INCREASE
Summary
Amends the Counties Code and the Illinois Municipal Code. Requires a cable television system that has been granted a franchise by a county or municipality to provide customers with not less than 30 day's notice of a rate increase. The notice must be included in the billing statement. Effective immediately.
