Summary

Condemns the forced deportation and kidnapping of Ukrainian children and calls for their immediate return to their families and to Ukraine. Calls upon the Russian Federation to immediately cease all violent military action against the people of Ukraine and to withdraw its forces from Ukrainian territory.
