Introduced a new provision allowing health care providers employed by or under contract with the Department of Public Health to issue statewide standing orders for dispensing epinephrine delivery systems.

Expanded the scope of the anaphylaxis training program to include steps for preventing allergen exposure and emergency follow-up procedures, in addition to recognition and administration skills.

Broadened the authority of trained individuals to provide or administer epinephrine to any location where allergens capable of causing anaphylaxis may be present, rather than limiting it strictly to the property of an authorized entity.
