PROP TX-VETERANS
Summary
Amends the Property Tax Code. Provides that property that has been granted the homestead exemption for veterans with disabilities is exempt from taxation under the Code if the veteran has a service connected disability of 60% or more (currently, 70%). Effective immediately.
