CRIM CD-ACCOUNTABILITY OFFENSE
Summary
Amends the Criminal Code of 2012. Creates the offense of accountability. Establishes penalties for the offense of accountability. Provides that no sentence shall be imposed for the accompanying offense. Effective immediately.
