USE/OCC TX-INFANT SUPPLIES
Summary
Amends the Use Tax Act, the Service Use Tax Act, the Service Occupation Tax Act, and the Retailers' Occupation Tax Act. Provides that, with respect to diapers and infant formula, the tax is imposed under those Acts at the rate of 1%.
