SCH CD-EBF DIRECT TO SCHOOL
Summary
Amends the School Boards Article of the School Code. Provides that if a school district is classified as a Tier 1 school under the evidence-based funding formula provisions of the Code, then the school board shall direct the majority of the funds provided under the evidence-based funding formula provisions to the schools in the district.
