MEDICAID-PHYSICAL THERAPY RATE

Amends the Medical Assistance Article of the Illinois Public Aid Code. Provides that the Medicaid rates set forth in the Department of Healthcare and Family Services' therapy provider fee schedule for reimbursement of occupational therapists, physical therapists, and speech-language pathologists shall be no less than the reimbursement rates set forth in the Medicare fee schedule for occupational therapists, physical therapists, and speech-language pathologists.
