FIRST TIME WEAPON OFFENDER PGM
Summary
Amends the Criminal Code of 2012. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning the short title. Senate Floor Amendment No. 1 Deletes reference to: 720 ILCS 5/1-1 Adds reference to: 730 ILCS 5/5-6-3.6 Replaces everything after the enacting clause. Amends the Unified Code of Corrections. Provides that the Program administrator of the First Time Weapon Offender Program may be appointed by the Chief Judge of each Judicial Circuit. Effective immediately.
