USE/OCC TAX-UNCLAIMED PROP
Summary
Amends the Use Tax Act, the Service Use Tax Act, the Service Occupation Tax Act, and the Retailers' Occupation Tax Act. Provides that tangible personal property sold by or on behalf of the State Treasurer pursuant to the Revised Uniform Unclaimed Property Act is exempt. Senate Floor Amendment No. 1 Provides that the bill is effective immediately.
