Summary
Amends various laws to include emergency medical dispatchers in references to first responders. House Floor Amendment No. 2 Deletes reference to: 820 ILCS 310/1 Deletes from the engrossed bill a proposed amendment to the Workers' Occupational Diseases Act that would have expressly provided that emergency medical dispatchers are COVID-19 first responders.
