CREMATORY REGULATION-SIGNATURE

Summary
Amends the Crematory Regulation Act. Provides that various signatures may be in either paper or electronic format. Senate Committee Amendment No. 1 Deletes reference to: 410 ILCS 18/10 Removes language providing that an affidavit with specified information may be signed by the owner of a crematory authority in either paper or electronic format.
