CONDITIONAL PERMANENT RESIDENT
Summary
Amends the Statute on Statutes. Makes a technical change in a Section regarding the application of the Act. Senate Floor Amendment No. 1 Deletes reference to: 5 ILCS 70/1 Adds reference to: 15 ILCS 335/8 from Ch. 124, par. 28 Replaces everything after the enacting clause. Amends the Illinois Identification Card Act. Allows identification cards issued to conditional permanent residents to expire under specified conditions. Allows REAL ID compliant identification cards issued to conditional permanent residents to be marked as "Limited Term". House Floor Amendment No. 1 Adds reference to: 625 ILCS 5/6-115 from Ch. 95 1/2, par. 6-115 Amends the Illinois Vehicle Code. Allows Illinois driver's licenses issued to conditional permanent residents to expire under specified conditions. Allows REAL ID compliant Illinois driver's licenses issued to conditional permanent residents to be marked as "Limited Term".
