Summary
Amends the Property Tax Code. Provides that certification of the levy by the county clerk may be done electronically. House Floor Amendment No. 1 Replaces everything after the enacting clause. Reinserts the provisions of the engrossed bill. Provides that the materials that may be submitted electronically include any supplemental or supportive documentation.
