INSURANCE-CHAMBERS OF COMMERCE
Summary
Amends the Illinois Insurance Code. Provides that companies that issue group policies of accident and health insurance must offer such policies to local chambers of commerce. Provides for enforcement by the Department of Insurance by rule. Senate Committee Amendment No. 1 Removes language that provides that the Department of Insurance shall enforce the provisions by rule.
