Summary
Amends the School Code. Removes portions of a school board member's oath of office taken before taking seat on the board. House Floor Amendment No. 1 Replaces everything after the enacting clause. Reinserts the contents of the bill with the following changes. Restores certain portions of the oath of office. Adds an immediate effective date.
