Summary
Appropriates $2 from the General Revenue Fund to the Capital Development Board for its FY20 ordinary and contingent expenses. Effective July 1, 2019. Senate Floor Amendment No. 1 Replaces everything after the enacting clause. Appropriates specified amounts from the Capital Development Fund, the School 9 Construction Fund, the Anti-Pollution Fund, the Transportation Bond Series A Fund, the Transportation Bond Series B Fund, the Coal Development Fund, the Transportation Bond Series D Fund, Multi-Modal Transportation Bond Fund, the Build Illinois Bond Fund, and other named Funds for specified capital and infrastructure projects. Effective immediately, except for certain provisions that are effective July 1, 2020.
