CONS FRAUD WARRANTY AUCTIONEER
Summary
Amends the Consumer Fraud and Deceptive Business Practices Act. Provides that vehicle auctioneers licensed under the Illinois Vehicle Code (rather than all auctioneers that auction vehicles) are subject to the used vehicle warranty requirements of the Consumer Fraud and Deceptive Business Practices Act.
