VISION REPORT-PERMIT/LICENSE
Summary
Amends the Illinois Vehicle Code. Provides that every first-time applicant for a driver's permit or license shall submit a completed vision specialist report by a licensed optometrist, ophthalmologist, or physician within 6 months of the application for a driver's permit or license.
