RAFFLES-ASSAULT WEAPON PRIZES
Summary
Amends the Raffles and Poker Runs Act. Provides that no raffle, including, but not limited to, a raffle conducted by a law enforcement agency, statewide association that represents law enforcement officials, or government entity, may have an assault weapon as a prize. Defines terms.
