REQUESTING THE DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH TO LEAD THE STATEWIDE COORDINATION OF SERVICES AND SUPPORT FOR INDIVIDUALS WITH FETAL ALCOHOL SPECTRUM DISORDERS.
