REQUESTING THE DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION AND DEPARTMENT OF LAW ENFORCEMENT TO COLLABORATE ON ENSURING SAFETY AT PUBLIC ELEMENTARY SCHOOL AND STATE PREKINDERGARTEN PROGRAM CAMPUSES.
