MINOR
This bill version (SD1) updates the Senate version (HD2) by refining the effective date to December 31, 2050, adding metadata information, and clarifying the legislative text with improved formatting and punctuation. The core policy content regarding viral hepatitis prevention, funding, and statutory amendments remains substantively the same between the two versions.
TIMELINE
The effective date of the Act was changed from July 1, 3000 (an apparent placeholder error in HD2) to December 31, 2050 in SD1.
TECHNICAL
SD1 includes additional metadata fields such as bill type, author information, timestamps, and template revision numbers that were not present in HD2.
Text formatting and punctuation were improved in SD1, including fixing spacing issues, correcting quotation marks, and standardizing section headers.
