URGING THE DEPARTMENT OF LAND AND NATURAL RESOURCES AND CITY AND COUNTY OF HONOLULU TO IMPLEMENT GREEN FIRE BREAKS IN WEST OAHU TO MITIGATE THE RISK OF WILDFIRES.
