MINOR
The bill text was reformatted from a standard legislative document to a Microsoft Word file metadata format, while the core policy content regarding automatic Medicaid enrollment for SSI recipients remained substantively unchanged. The only meaningful policy modification is the effective date, which was changed from 'upon approval' to 'July 1, 3000', making the law effectively permanent.
TIMELINE
The effective date was changed from 'upon approval' to 'July 1, 3000', removing any sunset provision and making the automatic enrollment requirement permanent.
TECHNICAL
The document underwent significant structural changes from a plain text legislative format to a Microsoft Word metadata format, including the addition of file headers, metadata fields, and formatting codes that do not affect the substantive policy.
