RELATING TO THE REGULATION OF TOBACCO PRODUCTS.

Summary

Repeals existing statutory language that: declares that the sale of cigarettes, tobacco products, and electronic devices are a statewide concern; and preempts all local ordinances and regulations that regulate the sale of cigarettes, tobacco products, and electronic devices.
