Repealed the University of Hawaii at Hilo Conference Center Revolving Fund and the Community College Conference Center Revolving Fund, which previously operated as separate entities.
Established a single University of Hawaii Conference Center Revolving Fund that applies to all university campuses and operating units, replacing the previous fragmented structure.
