Informing the Legislature that on June 6, 2025, the Governor signed the following bill into law: HB505 HD1 SD2 CD1 (ACT 197).

This bill establishes a Red Hill Water Alliance Initiative (WAI) policy coordinator to coordinate cleanup efforts across state, county, and federal agencies. It also creates a Red Hill cleanup special fund to finance the remediation of the Red Hill Bulk Fuel Storage Facility.
