REQUESTING THE DEPARTMENT OF LABOR AND INDUSTRIAL RELATIONS TO CONVENE AN INTERAGENCY TASK FORCE TO COMBAT THE UNDERGROUND ECONOMY AND EMPLOYEE MISCLASSIFICATION IN THE STATE'S CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY.
