RELATING TO PUBLIC EMPLOYEES.
Summary
Allows a newly hired public employee to file a complaint with the Hawaiʻi Labor Relations Board if the employee is not provided, within 20 calendar days of being hired, a general orientation on the employee's benefits and rights, or if the exclusive representative who represents the employee is not permitted to attend and present information at the employee's general orientation.
