RELATING TO MENTAL HEALTH.

Summary

Beginning 7/1/2024, and every ten years thereafter, requires the Department of Health to convene an Advisory Committee on Mental Health Code Review. Requires reports to the Legislature after each convening of the Advisory Committee. Effective 7/1/3000. (HD1)
