Summary
Appropriates funds to the Department of Law Enforcement for an additional fifteen full-time equivalent deputy sheriff positions for law enforcement officer activities in Lahaina and Maui. Declares that the general fund expenditure ceiling is exceeded. Makes an appropriation. Takes effect 1/1/2042. (SD1)
