RELATING TO AN AIRCRAFT SERVICE AND MAINTENANCE TAX CREDIT.
Summary
Establishes a five-year income tax credit for general excises taxes paid on qualified aircraft service and maintenance gross income of the qualified taxpayer. Takes effect 1/1/2050. (SD1)
