RELATING TO BUILDING PERMITS.

Summary

Establishes a Uniform Building Permit Working Group to study the feasibility of creating a single statewide building permit application package and uniform review and approval process for building permits that can be used by all counties. Declares that the general fund expenditure ceiling is exceeded. Appropriates funds. Takes Effect 7/1/2112. (SD1)
