RELATING TO THE DEPARTMENT OF HUMAN RESOURCES DEVELOPMENT.
Summary
Repeals the requirement that the Director of Human Resources Development must submit a report to the Legislature before reclassifying and abolishing vacant positions within State departments and agencies that are under the jurisdiction of DHRD. Takes effect 7/1/2050. (SD1)
