RELATING TO FIREARMS.
Summary
Requires the Department of Law Enforcement to conduct a voluntary firearm buyback program in each county of the State. Declares that the general fund expenditure ceiling is exceeded. Makes an appropriation. Takes effect 1/1/2042. (SD1)
