Summary
Establishes the Hawaiʻi health data exchange framework. Establishes a working group to assist the department of health on legislation developing and implementing the framework. Requires certain health care organizations to execute a health data sharing agreement by 9/1/2032. Establishes deadlines for certain entities to begin sharing health information. Appropriates funds. Effective 6/30/3000. (HD1)
