Summary

Establishes the Accessory Dwelling Unit Loan Program under the Hawaiʻi Housing Finance and Development Corporation to provide loans for the development of accessory dwelling units. Appropriates funds. Declares that the general fund expenditure ceiling is exceeded. Takes effect 7/1/2050. (SD1)
