Summary
Clarifies part III of Act 164, SLH 2023, as it pertains to the appropriation for the Solar Energy Storage Loan Program. Requires the Hawaiʻi Green Infrastructure Authority to submit a legislative report on a plan to make the green infrastructure special fund self-sufficient. Effective 1/1/2060. (SD2)
