Requires the Office of Elections to apply to be a member of the Electronic Registration Information Center, Inc. (ERIC), by 6/30/2025. Requires the Office of Elections and counties to use information and services made available by ERIC to verify their respective voter registration rolls. Appropriates funds. Effective 7/1/3000. (HD1)
