RELATING TO THE STATE ARCHIVES.

Summary

Authorizes the state archives preservation and long-term access special fund to be used to preserve and provide long-term access to other materials preserved at the state archives, in addition to government records. Establishes additional funding sources for, and authorizes additional expenditures of moneys from, the state archives preservation and long-term access special fund. Appropriates funds. Effective 6/30/3000. (HD1)
