Summary

Establishes the Therapeutic Psilocybin Working Group within the Department of Health. Requires the working group to examine the medicinal and therapeutic effects of psilocybin or psilocybinbased products on mental health, report to the Legislature before the Regular Session of 2025, and dissolve on 6/30/2025. Appropriates funds. Effective 12/31/2050. (SD2)
