RELATING TO CAPITAL GAINS.
Summary
Increases the capital gains tax threshold from 7.25 per cent to 9 per cent. Increases the alternative capital gains tax for corporations from 4 per cent to 5 per cent. Applies to tax years beginning after 12/31/2022. Effective 6/30/3000. (HD1)
