RELATING TO THE PHOTO RED LIGHT IMAGING DETECTOR SYSTEMS PROGRAM.

Summary

Makes clarifying amendments to chapter 291J, Hawaii Revised Statutes, to reflect legislative intent, including repealing or changing certain defenses to violations of the photo red light imaging detector systems program. Amends the appropriations made pursuant to Act 133, Session Laws of Hawaii 2021, to account for the photo red light imaging detector system program's current timetable. Takes effect 1/1/2050. (SD1)
