RELATING TO TRANSPORTATION.

Summary

Prohibits any person from using a public road, street, or highway, or similar thoroughfare to transport marine species illegally harvested from state waters for commercial purposes and marine species harvested for commercial aquarium purposes. Effective 1/1/2050. (SD1)
