Summary

Eliminates the University of Hawaii Board of Regents Candidate Advisory Council. Authorizes the Governor to directly appoint members to the University of Hawaii Board of Regents. Effective 7/30/2075, and upon ratification of a Constitutional amendment. (SD2)
